The Cleco Coral Bay Villa is a highly luxurious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom private detached villa located just a few minutes’ walk of the center of Coral Bay and the sandy beach. The location of the villa is very convenient as it does not require a car and is within a very short walk of supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, including some of the finest Chinese, Italian, Tex-Mex, and Cypriot restaurants in Paphos. Every thought has gone into making this villa an appealing and welcoming luxury accommodation for up to 6 persons in exceptional comfort. The villa is very well furnished and equipped and includes high speed wi fi, UK and SKY TV channels, and luxury furnishings throughout. We had issues with the air conditioning which could not be resolved so the units need to be looked at. The fridge also reguyleaked. The pool was great and the bedrooms comfortable apart from the heat in the downstairs bedroom.

The location was brilliant just a short walk away from bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Great views from the balcony as well to the sea.

The villa is clean and comfortable. Good sized bedrooms each with its own bathshower room. Outside there is plenty of room for the sun loungers and a table and chairs alongside the pool. Plus the added advantage of a sun terrace on the roof which was great for an evening drink while watching the moon come up. The villa's management team were very helpful and always on hand which was reassuring . The local restaurants served great food and at a very reasonable price - just remember to pack your biggest trousers and skirts as portion sizes are very generous! We had a meze on the first night and it could easily have served a family of four rather than just the two of us. Overall a great holiday and we would certainly consider coming back. We were just a couple using the villa so plenty of room and it would be a great base for a family with teenagersa group of friends but due to the number of stairs I would not suggest this as the right place for people with mobility problems. There issee more

There is also a steep (although short) hill from the villa to the strip which some may find a challenge!

Our holiday to Cyprus staying in Villa Ana was perfect for our family of 4. From our pick up from the airport by Kypros who stopped by at the local store to allow us to pick up a few bits for breakfast despite it being 12:30 in the morning. Villa Anasee more
Our holiday to Cyprus staying in Villa Ana was perfect for our family of 4. From our pick up from the airport by Kypros who stopped by at the local store to allow us to pick up a few bits for breakfast despite it being 12:30 in the morning. Villa Ana was really spacious and was more than adequate for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay, although a vegetable peeler would have been useful. It benefited from air conditioning which was a godsend at night given the high temperatures The pool was a great benefit despite it not being very deep, just meant you couldn't dive in. The location, although being next to a large hotel and on a slight hill, was perfect for the supermarket / bars restaurants and the main beach - all within 10 / 20 min walk. The supermarket Phillipos even drop you back to the villa if you spend over £50 which was a great service. Paul, who looks after the villa was really helpful and welcoming and was always on hand if you needed him. I would recommend Villa Ana to other families looking for accommodation in the Coral Bay area. (Date of arrival - August 10, 2019)
