Air conditioning is on a 2 hour timer in each room which wasn’t stated on the villa details so a full nights sleep wasnt possible, waking every 2 hours to reset the AC. The 4th bedroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation again this wasnsee more

We were burgled on the 2nd night so the villa could benefit from a secure inbuilt safe. The sun disappears from the pool and villa grounds from 4pm onwards.

The broken pool ladder gave my wife and myself trouble in getting out of the pool. The photo from the pool shows a great view when in reality the view is spoiled by the acacia which he’s grown. The terrace from the master bedroom would be improved wisee more

Thank you for your review. We have ordered a new ladder for the pool which is due to arrive next week. The acacia in front of the villa has grown on a public green area which is owned by the Municipality of Peyia and we have launched an application tsee more

The villa was perfect. The villa was spacious with a wonderful roof terrace on the top. We were very close to shops bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was in an excellent location, approximately 10 mins to the strip on Coral Bay but far enough away from all the noise from pubs/discos etc. Main buses into Paphos from Coral Bay approx every 15-20 mins and also within walking distancsee more

Just returned from an 8 night stay at this property. The location is great, pretty quiet, beautiful views across the bay, but only a few minutes’ walk up to the main strip in Coral Bay with some good restaurants and bars and a couple of mini supermarsee more

The location is great, pretty quiet, beautiful views across the bay, but only a few minutes’ walk up to the main strip in Coral Bay with some good restaurants and bars and a couple of mini supermarkets. The main supermarket is a few more minutes away but is really well stocked if you want to self-cater. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean and is really well stocked with all you need for your holiday. Clearly not that we actually spent most of our time there. The pool is really refreshing and plenty of nice comfortable sunbeds. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning here. One of the best we have stayed in. (Date of arrival - July 5, 2019)

Only real gripe was that wifi didn't really work in upstairs bedrooms (although was good downstairs) but if that's the biggest complaint then you know the rest is good.
